Proper maintenance of your hearing aids is essential to ensure their reliable functioning and your daily comfort. Our professional care products help keep your hearing devices in excellent condition, extending their lifespan and preserving optimal sound quality.

Wax Guards (Filters)

Small protective filters designed to prevent earwax and debris from entering the receiver of your hearing aid. Essential for maintaining sound quality and extending the lifespan of your devices.

 

Instructions for Use

  • Insert the replacement tool into the used filter
  • Gently remove the clogged filter with a slight twisting motion
  • Place a new clean filter onto the tip of the tool
  • Insert the new filter into the device opening
  • Press gently until it is securely in place

 

Recommended Replacement Frequency

Replace every 1 to 2 months, or sooner if the sound becomes weak or distorted.

Anti-Itch Cream

A soothing formula specially designed to relieve irritation caused by prolonged use of hearing aids.

 

Instructions for Use

  • Remove your hearing aids
  • Clean and thoroughly dry your ears
  • Apply a small amount of cream to the irritated area
  • Gently massage until fully absorbed
  • Wait a few minutes before reinserting your hearing aids

 

Recommended Use

Use as needed when itching or irritation occurs (maximum 1 to 2 times per day).

Cleaning Spray

A disinfectant spray designed to thoroughly clean and sanitize your hearing aids and their accessories. Available in 60 ml and 100 ml sizes.

 

Utilisation

  • Remove the batteries or take the devices out of their charger
  • Spray the product onto a soft, clean cloth
  • Gently wipe all surfaces of the device
  • Never spray directly onto the hearing aid
  • Allow to dry completely before reinserting the batteries or recharging

 

Recommended Use Frequency

Use 2 to 3 times per week for deep cleaning.

Oto-Ease Lubricant

Facilitates the insertion of hearing aids and reduces friction within the ear canal, particularly beneficial for sensitive skin.

 

Instructions for Use

  • Place 1 to 2 drops on a clean fingertip
  • Apply the lubricant to the dome or earmold of the device
  • Spread evenly over the entire surface
  • Insert the hearing aid into your ear immediately
  • Any excess will be naturally absorbed

 

Recommended Use Frequency

Apply each morning during insertion, or as needed if discomfort occurs.

Drying Tablets

Disposable desiccant tablets designed to absorb moisture and protect your hearing aids from damage caused by condensation and perspiration.

 

Instructions for Use

  • Place one tablet inside your hearing aid storage case
  • Store your devices in the case each night
  • Close the case securely for optimal protection
  • Replace the tablet when it changes color (typically turning beige)
  • Never allow the tablet to come into direct contact with the device

 

Recommended Use Frequency

Replace every 4 to 8 weeks depending on ambient humidity, or as soon as the tablet changes color.

Domes (Eartips)

Domes are soft eartips that fit into the ear canal. They ensure comfort and optimal sound quality for your hearing aids.

 

Instructions for Use

  • Carefully remove the old dome from the receiver
  • Clean the receiver tip with a dry cloth
  • Push the new dome firmly onto the receiver until securely attached
  • Make sure it is properly fitted and does not move

 

Recommended Replacement Frequency

Replace monthly or sooner if they become damaged, hardened, or uncomfortable.
